About the Role
We are hiring a Quality Department Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. The selected candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing quality standards across production processes.
This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to quality management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards and industry regulations
- Conduct internal quality audits and assessments
- Implement and monitor quality control measures across production processes
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related concerns
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Maintain documentation and reporting related to quality systems
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC)and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience in quality auditing processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to present findings and coordinate with departments
- High attention to detail
- Understanding of compliance standards and regulatory frameworks
- Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
