We are looking for a Quality Cum Production Manager for our company.
Requirements:
- Good experience in the Namkeen industry (3 to 5 years)
- Location: Sangrur, Punjab
- Salary: Depends on interview or experience
- On-roll position in the company
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest product quality.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily and monthly production targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Moni tor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for timely procurement of raw materials.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to maintain high-quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain production reports for management review.
