Position: Quality Control (QC) Associate
Location: Kosi, Uttar Pradesh, India
Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology

Quality Control (QC) Associate-PepsiCo
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online quality checks in production and packaging
Implement and maintain GMP, GHK, GLP, HACCP, AIB, and hygiene standards
Monitor equipment parameters (peelers, fryers, slicers, conveyors, tumblers)
Perform hourly and 4-hourly inspections (slice thickness, oil parameters, seasoning, packaging)
Analyze test results (Hunter Color Test, oil FFA, OV, PV, specific gravity)
Troubleshoot in-process issues to minimize wastage
Perform root cause analysis for defects and initiate corrective actions
Ensure compliance with Frito Lay quality standards
Coordinate with agro, production, and quality teams for real-time decision-making
Document and report test data accurately
Packaging Quality Control
Verify air leakage, weight, batch printing, air fill
Conduct nitrogen flushing and oxygen tests
Random film quality checks
Escalate critical issues and ensure corrective measures
