Role Purpose
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the process efficiency and product quality at our plant—driving continuous improvement and implementing quality systems aligned with HINCOL’s corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing plant-level quality control and assurance
- Liaising with key customers to resolve quality-related concerns
- Coordinating with marketing and operations to address customer complaints
- Setting and monitoring standards for raw material and finished product quality
- Managing audits and serving as Management Representative for the QS 9000 System
- Driving new quality initiatives and promoting IT enablement in the plant
