Position 1: Quality Control Executive

Qualification:
B.Tech (Food Technology) / M.Sc (Biochemistry / Food Technology / Microbiology)
Experience:
3 years & above
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure product quality at all stages of production
- Implement and maintain food safety & quality standards
- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product inspections
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues
Position 2: New Product Development (NPD) Executive
Vacancies: 1
Qualification:
B.Sc in Culinary Arts (Chef) / B.Tech (Food Technology)
Experience:
2 years & above in New Product Development
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and innovate new gluten-free food products
- Conduct product trials, testing, and recipe standardization
- Improve existing products for taste, quality, and shelf life
- Coordinate with quality and production teams during trials
- Maintain documentation related to product development
- Stay updated with food trends and customer preferences
