Experience: 10+ Years in QC (Food Sector)
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Tech, Microbiology, or related field

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
• Monitor and implement FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other food safety systems
• Lead and document internal quality audits and regulatory inspections
• Oversee plant sanitation and hygiene protocols
• Supervise and mentor the QC team to maintain high performance
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Ensure lab testing protocols, shelf-life studies, and microbial analysis
• Maintain proper documentation, traceability, and daily QC reports
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams for continuous improvement

Strong knowledge of food safety systems (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO)
Hands-on experience in lab testing, documentation & team handling
