Position: Quality Control In-Charge – Edible Oils
Location: Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Control In-Charge to ensure the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of edible oils across raw materials, processing, and finished products.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality testing of raw materials and finished edible oils
- Monitoring key quality parameters and complete analysis
- In-process quality control during refining/processing
- Maintain QC records, COA, and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, AGMARK, and food safety norms
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions
- Supervise QC laboratory and technicians
Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) OR
- B.Tech / M.Tech (Food Technology / Oil Technology)
Experience
- 5–10 years in edible oil manufacturing
Salary: Minimum ₹7 LPA
