Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement food safety and quality management systems
- Create and enforce SOPs for production, handling, and storage
- Conduct inspections and audits of village production facilities
- Monitor food quality data and implement corrective actions
- Perform quality tests on raw materials and finished products
- Maintain records of inspections, test results, and actions
