Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain food safety & quality management systems
• Create SOPs for food production, handling, and storage
• Conduct inspections and audits at village production facilities
• Monitor food quality data and implement corrective actions
• Perform quality testing on raw materials and finished products
• Train rural women on food safety and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate across production, procurement, and marketing teams
• Resolve customer complaints related to food quality and safety
• Stay updated with the latest food technology and safety practices
