Role Overview:
We are looking for a Quality Control Executive to ensure the highest standards across our products. This role involves:
- Developing and implementing quality control systems
- Conducting quality audits and monitoring product quality
- Managing documentation and promoting food safety
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and investigating quality issues
- Daily reporting of Quality KPIs and ensuring GMP, GHP, CCP, PRP, and OPRP standards
- Executing traceability and recall data requirements
- Ensuring hygiene across the plant and personal hygiene standards
- Preparing functional and system SOPs and monitoring day-to-day lab activities
- Sampling, analysis, and release of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, manufacturing, and procurement to translate consumer needs into top-quality products
Requirements:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s in Food Technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, quality concepts, and food processing
