Educational Qualification
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or a relevant field
• Candidates with relevant experience in the Food / FMCG industry will be preferred
• Male candidates only
Quality Control Executive / Quality Control Officer
Key Responsibilities
• Online line clearance & process verification
• In-process testing — Brix, pH, Acidity & Viscosity
• Quality monitoring and documentation
• Compliance with GMP, HACCP & Food Safety requirements
• Identify, investigate and report quality deviations
