Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor raw millet and processed products throughout production.
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI standards and internal SOPs.
- Perform quality checks including:
- Moisture content
- Foreign matter
- Grain integrity
- Apply working knowledge of:
- FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in food processing or grain milling.
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality protocols.
