- Inspect and monitor raw millet and processed products at all stages of production
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards and internal SOPs
- Conduct quality checks for:
- Moisture content
- Foreign matter
- Grain integrity
- Apply knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards
