Role:
Quality Control Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and final products
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs
• Monitor CCPs and maintain QC documentation and reports
• Perform microbiological and chemical testing as required
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Support audits and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
