Quality Checker (QC) – Sunflower Oil
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience:
5-8 years of experience in quality control, specifically in edible oil production (groundnut and sunflower oil preferred).
Salary:
Commensurate with experience and industry standards. (Depends on Interview and No bar for the right candidates)
Technical Skills:
Proficient in conducting chemical and physical quality tests for oils.
Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and GMP standards.
Attention to Detail:
Must be able to identify small defects or inconsistencies in the product.
Job Summary:
The Quality Checker will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of groundnut and sunflower oil meets company standards and complies with industry regulations. The individual will conduct inspections, perform quality tests, and monitor the production process to maintain the highest levels of quality and safety.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site role with potential exposure to a manufacturing/production environment.
Ability to work under pressure, particularly during peak production periods.
