What we are looking for:
In-depth knowledge of FSSAI regulations in the catering industry
Proficiency in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System) / ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) standards certifications
Extensive experience in kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health & safety standards
QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) background is a must
