What We Need:
- Expertise in FSSAI regulations for the catering industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP & ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System)/ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health & safety certifications.
- Prior experience in QSR operations is a must!
