About the Role
Schreiber Foods is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Team Advisor to lead quality control and assurance activities for cheese production. The ideal candidate will oversee testing operations, manage audits, ensure compliance, and drive continuous quality improvement on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and verify testing performed by subordinates as per SOPs; ensure accuracy of results and reporting.
- Release products to the market based on specifications and customer requirements.
- Prepare various customer documentation, reports, and handle consumer complaint analysis and redressal.
- Manage market returns, rejections, and maintain accurate quality records.
- Coordinate with Systems Team for statutory and customer audits, documentation, and compliance with FSMS, 5S, and GLP.
- Liaise with the production department for daily feedback on product quality.
- Respond to customer complaints, weekly complaint summaries, and other reports.
- Conduct sensory evaluation of finished goods, shelf-life samples, and newly developed products with the team.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy Science, Dairy Microbiology, or Food Technology.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Production.
- Strong leadership experience in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written), and analytical skills.
- Ability to make quick and effective business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
