Position: Quality Assurance Team Advisor
Location: Baramati, Maharashtra, India

Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a strong background in food safety and dairy technology? Schreiber Foods is looking for a Quality Assurance Team Advisor to lead and support our plant QA operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QC team to ensure top-quality product compliance.
- Organize shifts and ensure SOP-based testing and quality records are maintained.
- Coordinate with production to monitor quality feedback and resolve product deviations.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct sensory evaluations, and release products via Oracle.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, FSMS, EMS & OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Conduct validations (cleaning, allergen, process), audits, and traceability exercises.
- Train team members in quality systems, safety protocols, and OH&S requirements.
- Review HACCP plans, COA preparation, and ensure laboratory resource availability.
- Actively participate in safety committees and improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, or Microbiology.
- Experience: 10+ years in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Production.
- In-depth knowledge of milk & beverage quality control and food safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
