Job Overview:
Dilnoor Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and managing quality-related documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement in quality processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management:
Create, update, and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, inspection records, and audit reports.
Ensure all documents are accurately formatted, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant personnel.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure documentation complies with industry standards like ISO 22000, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on changes in regulations and incorporate them into quality documentation.
Quality Audits:
Assist in internal and external quality audits by prepar ing necessary documentation and records.
Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are documented and implemented.
Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions for staff on quality procedures and documentation practices.
Support team members in understanding and implementing quality documentation requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop more efficient documentation practices.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to enhance quality management systems.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data related to quality performance and report findings to management.
Prepare regular reports on quality metrics and documentation status.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in quality assurance/documentation within the food industry (preferably rice production or processing).
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards.
Skills:
Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
