Role Overview: We are looking for a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Bhiwandi. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control and management processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining product integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality audits and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Conduct daily inspections and quality testing (Raw, WIP, & Finished Goods) as per FSSAI requirements.
- Maintain Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Lab Practices (GLP) on the production line.
- Analyze incoming raw and packaging materials and flag any discrepancies.
- Perform daily calibration of instruments and maintain records.
- Manage online quality checks, package appearance, and process control.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Ensure proper documentation, including product recall and dispatch records.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure compliance with product standards and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in quality management and implementing GMP.
- Strong proficiency in quality auditing and food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Previous experience in the organic or food industry is essential.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Customer complaint documentation & trend analysis
- Product recall and complaints management
- Deviations and trend analysis
- Pest control and microbial testing
- Personnel training and external audit ratings
- Cost management related to non-quality (returns, penalties, reworked products)
