We need more than just a food lover—we’re looking for someone who can fuse science with culinary craft, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of safety, taste, and quality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and testing new food products and processes
- Ensuring compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000 & more
- Conducting sensory evaluations and shelf-life testing
- Collaborating with R&D, QA, and Production teams
- Keeping documentation audit-ready
- Innovating to improve taste, texture, and nutrition
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in food product development or QA/QC
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and lab tools
- A sharp analytical mind and a palate for perfection
- Bonus: Multitasking skills worthy of a dinner rush chef
