Position: Quality Assurance Officer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1–3 years in food quality assurance (FMCG sector preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and quality checks during production
• Investigate and resolve product quality issues and customer complaints
• Maintain accurate records of testing and quality control procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
• Support new product development from a quality assurance perspective
Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Good knowledge of food safety regulations and laboratory testing methods
