Educational Qualification:

Food Technologist/ MSc Food Science/ MSc Chemistry/ Bio-Tech / MBA

Certified Lead Auditor FSSC 22000 (Only for FSO)

Green Belt Six Sigma Certification

PCQI (Only for FSO)

Experience:

5–7+ years in the FMCG industry, specifically in Biscuit, Cake, Bakery, or Food Manufacturing.

Prior experience in handling consumer complaints and direct consumer interaction.

Desired Competencies

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with CRM tools is preferred.

Expertise in Excel and spreadsheets is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze quality trends, proactively identify potential failures, and implement preventive actions.

Support the quality team for vendor quality audits as required.

Ensure compliance with testing frequencies and sample sizes per the quality manual, flagging exceptions to the quality manager for action.

Implement quality walls and defective quality inspections; identify corrective actions and verify their implementation.

Participate in central quality audits, respond to observations, and ensure agreed corrective actions are implemented.

Review and address quality and FBC complaints with root cause analysis and action plans.

Maintain hygiene standards consistently in the plant and address non-compliance issues.
