About the Role

Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen the Quality and Food Safety systems at our Patalganga plant. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in QA processes, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end quality management in the food & beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure product quality as per company standards at an optimal cost.
Implement, monitor, and review Food Safety & Quality Management Systems.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory bodies including:
• Nepal DFTQC
• Food & Drug Administration
• Local government authorities
Ensure all products conform to PAPL specifications

—from supply chain to consumer.
Ensure full compliance with PAPL FSQA mandates for plant operations.
Identify, plan, document, and manage practices and resources to meet quality goals.
Ensure adherence to PAPL guidelines during manufacturing to maintain final product specifications.
Conduct required tests as per MTF for:
• Incoming raw materials
• Packaging materials
• WTP and syrup preparation
• Finished goods
Maintain two-way traceability—from raw materials to consumers.
Ensure availability, verification, and calibration of standard chemical reagents and equipment.
Monitor storage conditions for raw materials, NABB, auxiliary materials, and final products.
