Plant Location: Birghanj, Nepal
Parle Agro Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee product quality, ensure compliance with industry standards, and maintain optimal costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure product quality aligns with company standards at optimal cost.
Implement and review Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
Comply with all relevant statutory requirements, including Nepal DFTQC, Food & Drug Administration, and local government bodies.
Ensure products meet PAPL specifications from supply chain to consumer.
Enforce full compliance with PAPL FSQAM mandates for plant operations.
Manage quality goals and objectives, identifying necessary resources and documentation.
Adhere to PAPL guidelines for manufacturing processes to ensure conformance to finished product specifications.
Perform tests for raw materials, packaging, syrup preparation, and finished products.
Ensure two-way traceability of products from consumers to raw materials.
Maintain standard chemical reagents and calibration programs for plant equipment.
Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and final products.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in the beverage industry.
Post Graduate degree in Food Technology/Science.
