SOMA Nutrition Labs is looking for an experienced and driven Quality Assurance Manager – Microbiology to lead our internal microbiology testing and uphold top-tier quality systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of microbiologists and oversee all internal microbiological testing
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive preventive actions
- Interpret microbiological results and guide organism identification
- Manage quality documentation across departments
- Perform internal and external audits and deliver comprehensive reports
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Microbiology
- 10+ years of experience in microbiology testing, pathogen detection, and documentation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in food manufacturing or a NABL-accredited lab is a plus
