We’re Hiring a Quality Assurance Manager (Food Industry Background)

GreatFoods is searching for a talented and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS).
Oversee all aspects of quality control, from raw materials to finished products.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to maintain high quality standards.
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and mentor a team of Quality Assurance professionals.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry with a proven track record of success in quality assurance.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP, FSSC 22000, etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
