Quality Assurance Manager – GJ Foods
Location: Dhule, Maharashtra, India
GJ Foods is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety across various stages of production.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze all raw materials, packing materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
Oversee quality control throughout the production process, from raw material reception to final product dispatch.
Ensure all quality standards are met during production, packaging, and dispatch.
Maintain hygiene standards on the production floor and among workers.
Handle hold & release of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, including Certificates of Analysis, Technical Datasheets, and Quality Analysis Reports.
Monitor laboratory analysis and online quality checks of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Manage and ensure compliance with key certifications such as ISO, FSSC, HALAL, HACCP, KOSHER, BRC, GMP, and other food safety standards.
Develop and review Quality Control SOPs, Product Technical Datasheets, Material Safety Datasheets, and Lab Testing Methodologies.
Standardize production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Enforce pest control measures across the plant.
Conduct internal audits and develop action plans to address observations and non-conformities.
Lead external audits by customers and agencies regarding food safety and hygiene standards.
Prepare and report on daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance, including CAPA and trend analysis.
Conduct training for staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in food quality assurance and management.
Strong knowledge of food safety certifications and quality control standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
