Quality Assurance Manager – Food Industry
We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager with expertise in food safety, quality management, and compliance to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and implement quality assurance processes throughout the food production cycle.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as FSSC, FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, etc.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality checks.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
Maintain thorough documentation and reporting of quality control activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within the food industry.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Location:
6 months at Mundka (Delhi), followed by relocation to a new facility in Bahadurgarh.
Salary:
Based on experience.
