Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Pluit, North Jakarta

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in food science, food engineering, biology, chemistry, or related fields.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years in quality management within the food industry, ideally in food manufacturing, processing, or catering.
- Quality Management System Knowledge: Familiar with industry-standard quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, or FSSC 22000.
- Standard Implementation: Ability to implement and monitor quality standards according to system requirements and food safety regulations.
- Testing and Laboratory Management: Basic knowledge of food physicochemical and microbiological testing, with laboratory management experience preferred.
- Team Management: Proven experience leading a QA team, developing quality control plans, and enhancing team performance.
- Data Analysis Skills: Ability to collect and analyze quality data, write reports, and recommend improvements based on findings.
Job Responsibilities:
- SOP Implementation: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across stores to maintain high-quality standards and update them as necessary.
- Raw Material Inspection: Perform quality inspections on raw materials like coffee beans, dairy products, syrups, and beverage accessories to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Food Safety Management: Implement and promote food safety measures (e.g., HACCP) to prevent potential food safety issues.
- Quality Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data such as customer complaints and test results to assess quality trends and address areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in quality and food safety, establishing control measures to mitigate them.
