Job Responsibilities:
Quality Systems Management:
Implement and review Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.
Product and Process Assurance:
Guarantee that all products meet company specifications by overseeing processes from supply chain to consumer.
Documentation and Compliance:
Identify, plan, and document practices and resources needed to meet quality objectives.
Process and Manufacturing Oversight:
Ensure adherence to Parle Agro Pvt Ltd guidelines during manufacturing to maintain product specification conformance.
Consumer Support:
Collaborate with the Consumer Response Department to address concerns related to product integrity.
Quality Analysis:
Review and analyze Quality Index data, perform root cause analysis for failures, and implement corrective actions.
Audit Compliance:
Develop and implement Corrective Action Programs in response to quality audits (HO-Quality, EHS, Internal).
