That’s why we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who’s ready to build world-class food safety systems, hygiene protocols, and process controls from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing SOPs for hygiene, food safety, and handling in our central kitchen
Standardising cleanliness and prep protocols at our carts
Leading the QA/QC team and training future quality inspectors
Driving surprise audits, compliance checks, and daily QC reporting
Playing a key role in building India’s most trusted street food system
Who We’re Looking For:
- 4–7 years of experience in QA/QC or food safety roles in F&B/QSR setups
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI norms, ISO/HACCP, and hygiene practices
- Proven experience in creating and managing QA systems in cloud kitchens or food outlets
- A proactive leader who believes food safety can be both visible and scalable
