Key Responsibilities:
- Lead food safety & QA teams in compliance with regulations
- Conduct internal audits & ensure documentation integrity
- Train teams on quality culture, regulatory requirements & safety
- Resolve product issues & implement CAPAs
- Drive process improvements and innovation in product development
- Collaborate cross-functionally for quality integration
Who You Are:
10+ years in FMCG QA roles
B.Sc./ B.Tech./ M.Sc. in Food Technology or related fields
Strong in team leadership, compliance, and quality systems
Passionate about food quality, continuous improvement & innovation
