About the Job:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Pork Aoro Parle Agro Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and reviewing our Food Safety and Quality Management System to ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and regulations.
Guarantee that all products meet company specifications, overseeing processes from the supply chain to the consumer.
Identify, document, and manage practices, activities, and resources to meet quality objectives.
Ensure adherence to PAPL guidelines in the manufacturing process, ensuring finished goods conform to specifications.
Support the Consumer Response Department in handling product integrity concerns.
Review and analyze Quality Index data, conduct root cause analyses for failures, and develop corrective action plans.
Develop and implement a Corrective Action Program in response to HO-Quality Audit, EHS Audit, and Internal Quality Audit reports.
