We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to help us maintain the highest standards of safety, consistency, and product excellence as we scale.
Location: Hyderabad (Full-time, On-site)
Industry: FMCG | Health & Wellness
What you’ll do:
Build and manage quality control systems across manufacturing, warehousing & packaging
Audit suppliers and manufacturers for GMP, FSSAI & Earthful standards
Oversee quality checks for raw materials & finished goods
Drive cont inuous improvement through RCA & CAPA
Work closely with founders, R&D, production & supply chain
Who we’re looking for:
Degree/Master’s in Food Technology or related field
6–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance
Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality & processes
At Earthful, you’ll work closely with the founders and play a key role in shaping a fast-growing health & wellness brand.
