Quality Assurance Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to different locations within the city to ensure top-notch food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide training to the kitchen team on various SOPs, quality standards, and food safety practices.
- Ensure kitchen compliance with FSSAI standards and assist in internal audits.
- Monitor and proactively check the quality of raw ingredients/products through sensory evaluation and documentation.
- Address customer complaints, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Analyze data to assess regional performance on various quality metrics.
