About the Role:
Join the passionate team at Third Wave Coffee as a Quality Assurance Intern! This 6-month, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in ensuring top-quality standards across our coffee and food products. You’ll collaborate with the QA team to uphold food safety, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions to maintain consistency and excellence across our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the QA team to resolve quality issues and execute corrective actions.
- Conduct internal food safety audits and quality control checks.
- Support supplier and material audits to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Maintain proper food storage and handling practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and propose solutions for quality issues.
- Demonstrate understanding of FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and Codex standards.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in food quality, safety, and the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.
- FOSTAC certification (in Catering/Retail/Manufacturing) preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and a good team communicator.
Duration: 6 months (Full-time internship)
