Join our team at Semolina Kitchens as a Quality Assurance Executive or Senior Executive, and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Purpose of the Role:
To supervise and manage all activities related to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards under the guidance of reporting managers.
Primary Duties Include:
- Ensure QHSE governance by working closely with production and operations teams.
- Manage reporting of QHSE/Safety data for management review.
- Evaluate safety tools, monitor employee adherence and effectiveness.
- Build and mentor QHSE team capability.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with FSSAI, RFP, Client, Vendor, and ISO standards.
- Support clients for external certifications like ISO 22000, ISO 45001, BCMS, and ISO 14001.
- Drive vendor improvement plans aligned with food safety regulations.
- Assess training needs and develop impactful training programs.
- Lead review meetings with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Admin team to resolve infrastructure snags and raise QHSE scoring benchmarks.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for nutritional management support.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Hotel Management, Catering & Hospitality, or Bio-Technology. Strong knowledge of HACCP and FSSAI compliance is essential.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in QHSE management in the Food & Beverages industry (preferably food services, catering, or restaurant chains).
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical and communication abilities, negotiation and stakeholder relationship management.
