Role:
Quality Assurance Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Food
Location: Rai, Sonipat
Experience: 1–5 years (RTE/RTC or relevant food products)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, product specifications, and food safety standards
• Conduct daily checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Implement and monitor QA procedures, SOPs, GMP/GHP practices
• Perform inline QA on shop floor and approve/reject products
• Coordinate with Operations to address deviations and improve processes
• Maintain QA documentation and reports
• Monitor supplier raw material compliance
• Support continuous improvement of QA systems
Candidate Profile:
• Experience in Food Manufacturing / FMCG QA
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GHP, SOPs, and QA documentation
• Hands-on shop-floor experience
• High attention to detail and commitment to food safety
