Role Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Executive / Senior Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining our industry-leading standards. You’ll be responsible for quality checks, audits, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance across production, packaging, and warehousing
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
- Maintain GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
- Address non-conformities and customer complaints
- Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to improve quality
- Support internal/external audits and train teams on SOPs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Food Tech, Microbiology, Chemistry, or similar
- 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in FMCG, food, or beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
