About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality control, and product development across all production processes. You will work closely with various teams to implement food safety management systems, conduct audits, and lead product improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support and solutions for food technology-related issues.
Implement Food Safety Management Systems, including FSSC 22000 and BRCGS.
Prepare SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA for internal and external complaints.

Lead product development and process improvement initiatives.
Conduct internal audits as per FSSC 22000 and GMP standards.
Perform shelf-life studies for newly developed products.
Provide training and transfer of technology to the production team.
Conduct sensory evaluations and offer technical support to production and marketing.
Develop and maintain quality attribute sheets for signed-off products.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Expertise in Quality Assurance, Food Safety Management Systems, and Food/Packaging Quality.
Experience in food safety audits, product development, and SOP preparation.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, time management, and project management skills.
A keen interest in cooking.
