Role & Responsibilities

Monitor and continuously improve kitchen food safety and hygiene standards
Train kitchen teams on SOPs, qu ality protocols, and food safety standards

Prepare kitchens for FSSAI compliance and internal audits
Conduct sensory evaluation

of raw materials and maintain documentation
Handle customer complaints with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA
Analyze data to assess regional performance
Travel across city locations as required

Key Competencies

Strong understanding of food safety, RCA & CAPA, and quality standards
Knowledge of FSSAI regulations for the catering industry
Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Kannada language proficiency is mandatory

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance
Must have a two-wheeler for kitchen visits
Must be from the food industry
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or related fields
