Position: Quality Assurance Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Are you passionate about quality and innovation? Join Minimalist and help us raise the bar in personal care product manufacturing. We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct routine inspections of raw, in-process, and finished materials
• Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics and product defects
• Collaborate with teams to develop corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor process improvements and ensure compliance
• Maintain quality documentation and calibrated equipment
• Provide technical guidance to production teams
• Identify trends and potential issues through data analysis
Qualifications: • B.Pharma / M.Pharma / Chemistry / Microbiology or related degree
• 2–5 years of QA experience in personal care or manufacturing
• Strong grasp of quality control techniques and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in quality management software/tools
