About the Job:
We are seeking a passionate Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time field job, with 6 working days per week and rotational week-offs. The role requires traveling and the candidate must have a minimum of 6 months of internship or work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and continuously maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Provide training to kitchen staff on SOPs, quality, and food safety protocols.
Ensure the kitchen complies with FSSAI standards and is audit-ready.
Conduct quality checks of raw ingredients and products, documenting findings.
Address customer complaints by performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA).
Analyze data to track regional performance on various quality metrics.
Be willing to travel across different locations in Mumbai.
Requirements:
Education:
B.Sc. Microbiology / M.Sc. Microbiology / B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Food Technology or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry (FMCG/QSR).
Skills:
Strong communication abilities.
In-depth knowledge of food safety, RCA & CAPA, and quality standards.
Familiarity with FSSAI regulations in the catering industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
