Position: QC Lab Analyst
Location: Plot No-117, Ecotech-12, Greater Noida (West)
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech in Food Technology
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a food testing lab or FMCG (Food & Beverages) industry
Age Limit: Up to 32 years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct rout ine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and internal quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation and lab records
Assist in troubleshooting quality issues in production
Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometers)
Coordinate with production and R&D teams for product improvements
Maintain hygiene, safety, and GMP practices within the lab
