Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Establish and operationalize a comprehensive QA/QC framework across finance operations
- Conduct risk-based and random sampling of account reconciliations
- Verify accuracy and completeness of reconciliations while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Identify control gaps and report deficiencies to relevant stakeholders
- Track remediation actions and perform re-testing where necessary
- Collaborate with Global Quality Leads for audit and policy guidance
- Maintain quality dashboards to monitor performance and report trends to leadership
What Makes You the Right Fit
- CA Inter / CMA / ACCA with 2+ years of experience in Internal Controls or Audit
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
- Interest in automation, simplification, and process improvement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
