Emmera Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Food Technology/Food Science fresher to join our New Product Development (NPD) team, with a focus on creating healthy, innovative, and delicious vacuum-fried snacks.

Position: QC Trainee – New Product Development
This role offers hands-on exposure to food processing, product formulation, sensory evaluation, quality testing, and market-oriented product development. The selected candidate will work closely with our passionate team to develop healthier, high-quality vacuum-fried products.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing new vacuum-fried product concepts using fruits, vegetables, and snacks.
• Support trials in product formulation, seasoning, and packaging.
• Participate in sensory evaluation and quality testing of prototypes.
• Document experimental data, maintain records, and prepare basic reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Marketing teams during product development.
• Learn and apply food safety standards, hygiene practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute creative ideas for flavour innovation and consumer appeal.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in product development and food innovation.
• Basic knowledge of food processing and preservation methods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Internship or academic experience in food processing or product development.
• Familiarity with vacuum frying, dehydration, or snack manufacturing
• Understanding of sensory evaluation and consumer testing.
