Job Opportunity: QC & Lab Chemist – Quality Control & IPQC Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced QC & Lab Chemist for the role of Quality Control & IPQC Officer

in the dairy industry. Join our team in Bhopal and help us maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control (QC): Conduct tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and resolve quality-related complaints.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Monitor production processes, verify adherence to SOPs and GMP, and ensure Critical Control Points (CCPs) compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to HACCP, FSSAI, and regulatory standards. Prepare quality reports and assist with audits.
Training: Train staff on quality, hygiene, and safety practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role in the dairy or food industry.
Skills: Expertise in HACCP, GMP, laboratory testing, and strong analytical skills.
