Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:
Strong understanding of FSSAI guidelines & compliance
Knowledge of HACCP principles, documentation, and record-keeping
Ability to perform lab testing, sample analysis, and maintain quality records
Support daily QA/QC operations and ensure product quality parameters
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
